Policy update — effective 1 October 2026

Updated announcement: 26 September 2026. Terms v2.8 and Commercial Disclosure v1.3 take effect at 00:00 JST on 1 October 2026, superseding the v2.7/v1.2 revisions announced on 24 September. They retain the permanent-suspension and Free Rewards provisions, add SCAN and COMMANDER INTERRUPT tickets, and clarify that unused tickets in a correctly delivered pack do not qualify for customer-convenience refunds. Remedies for duplicate charges, non-delivery, irreparable material defects, and statutory rights, including at service shutdown, remain protected.

Terms v2.6 apply until the effective time. Thereafter, express acceptance of the updated Terms is required at registration or before an existing user’s next SORTIE. Re-consent alone will not interrupt an active SORTIE or rewrite past consent records.

A2Z remains a free test. This effective date does not start charging. The sales start date is undecided, and WORLD FRONT PASS is not offered or sold.
