Prices
The A2Z SHOP and final Stripe Checkout confirmation display and charge the sale price in US dollars. The current products are:

If a time-limited WORLD FRONT PASS is offered, the SHOP and final confirmation show its price, season, start and end dates, contents, and application period. A2Z retains the conditions displayed for the transaction when a price, product, or sale period changes.
- Tax treatment of the displayed USD prices: The displayed USD prices include all taxes collected by A2Z where applicable. The final Stripe Checkout amount controls.
- Shipping: none, because all products are digital.
- Other user costs: for a non-USD payment method, the card issuer or other payment provider determines the exchange rate, converted local amount, and any foreign-transaction or conversion fee. Internet access, data charges, devices, and other costs of the user’s environment also remain the user’s responsibility.
Payment method and timing
- Payment method: cards through Stripe Checkout, including Apple Pay or Google Pay where the user’s device and Stripe eligibility permit. Link and delayed-notification methods such as convenience-store payment, bank transfer, bank debit, and buy-now-pay-later are not offered at initial launch.
- Payment timing: when the user confirms the order and Stripe completes payment.
- Recurring billing: the current browser service has no auto-renewing subscription.
- Paid virtual currency: the current service has no paid in-game currency or stored-value balance.
Delivery
After the A2Z server verifies completed payment through a signed Stripe notification or server-side query, it normally grants the entitlement to the purchasing A2Z account immediately. Returning from Stripe to A2Z does not by itself confirm delivery.
If delivery is delayed by a network or processing failure, the user may use purchase restoration in the SHOP or contact purchase support. A cosmetic loadout change is saved by the server and becomes active on the next SORTIE, not during a SORTIE already in progress.
Application period
Permanent products may be ordered while displayed as available in the SHOP. A time-limited product may be ordered until the deadline shown with that product. A2Z stops new sales where the Service is ending or where a season can no longer provide the represented completion period.
Returns, cancellation, and refunds
Because the products are digital, user-requested returns or cancellations are generally not accepted after payment and the start of delivery. This does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law or remedies for duplicate payment, non-delivery, or another case that A2Z or the payment provider determines warrants a refund.
- Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks follow applicable law, the terms shown at purchase, and Stripe’s procedures.
- A confirmed refund may revoke the corresponding paid cosmetic or pass entitlement.
- Account deletion does not automatically create a refund.
- Transfer of a purchase made on the wrong account is generally unavailable and is reviewed only where the content is unused and purchaser ownership can be verified.
- Treatment of discontinued sales, undelivered portions, replacement, and refund follows the purchase terms, Terms of Service, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.
Digital delivery begins when A2Z confirms payment server-side and credits the entitlement to the purchasing account. After delivery begins, cancellation or refund for customer convenience is not available, except where applicable law or the payment provider requires it. A2Z will refund a confirmed duplicate charge; a captured payment for which the entitlement is not delivered within a reasonable period after notice; a materially defective entitlement that A2Z cannot repair or replace; and the unprovided paid portion of a pass or service discontinued by A2Z. A refund is made to the original payment method where practicable. Account deletion does not create a refund. A purchase made on the wrong account is not refundable merely for that reason; before use, A2Z may transfer or refund it where ownership and non-use can be verified. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Technical requirements
An A2Z account, a supported browser and device, and an internet connection are required. Supported environments are displayed on the official site or in the Service. A permanent cosmetic is usable while the account exists, A2Z remains in operation, and use remains technically and legally possible; it does not mean the item remains usable after the online Service ends.
Final confirmation before purchase
Before the user confirms payment, A2Z must display the product, quantity, USD price, payment method, delivery timing, application period, cancellation and refund terms, the issuer-controlled conversion notice, and an easily accessible link to seller information, while allowing the user to review and correct the order. The user must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the applicable loss of a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right once delivery begins, and must complete the one-use purchase code sent to the registered email address before continuing to Stripe Checkout. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
