This service provides ephemeral chat rooms accessed using randomly generated hash values (hereinafter referred to as 'Room Identifiers').

• Messages are automatically deleted up to 15 minutes after being sent.
• No user registration, ID, or password setup is required.
• Room Identifiers are 30-character random values based on SHA-256, making access virtually impossible for those without prior knowledge.

This service handles the following data:

Deleted messages and images cannot be recovered.

For operation and legal compliance, the following information may be temporarily stored:

• IP address
• Connection timestamp
• Room Identifier (e.g., the value of ?room=xxx)
• User agent information (browser details of the device used)

In principle, this information is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Users shall act responsibly when using this service and avoid causing harm to other users or third parties. In the event of a dispute between a user and a third party arising from the use of this service, the user shall resolve it at their own expense and responsibility and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to us.

Users shall not engage in the following conduct while using this service:

• Posting illegal content (e.g., threats, fraud, child pornography, harassment, copyright infringement).
• Infringing on the privacy or reputation of others.
• Disrupting the normal operation of the service (e.g., spamming, mass posting, excessive server load).
• Illegally acquiring or disclosing Room Identifiers.

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages), unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Furthermore, we are not liable for any damages incurred by users due to interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability, modifications, loss or corruption of data, or unauthorized access by third parties.

• This service is provided 'as is' with no guarantees of functionality or security.
• Due to the nature of this service, posted data is deleted and cannot be restored.
• We shall not be liable for any troubles arising from the use of this service.
• We are not responsible for issues resulting from Room Identifiers being exposed to third parties.
• Connection information may be provided to third parties (e.g., police, courts) in accordance with legal requirements.

• This service may integrate with or connect to services and content provided by third parties (hereinafter referred to as 'Third-Party Services').
• Users must comply with the terms of use, privacy policies, and other conditions established by such third parties when using Third-Party Services.
• We do not guarantee the content, features, accuracy, safety, legality, timeliness, or suitability of Third-Party Services and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use them.

We may suspend or terminate the service for the following reasons:

• System maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Legal compliance or requests from public authorities.
• Other unavoidable operational reasons.

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the suspension or termination of the service.

• We may amend these Terms of Service as necessary.
• The revised terms will become effective upon being published on this service.
• By continuing to use the service after such changes, users are deemed to have accepted the amended terms.

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
• The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to this service.

• This service is provided 'as is' and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
• Users shall use the service at their own risk. We are not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, suffered by users or third parties due to the use or inability to use the service.
